Lip balm – is using product – loves it - could tell instantly in the difference between store bought lip balms and Lin’s lip balm – the texture was thicker, smoother, and she really liked the all natural ingredients – the moisturizer seemed to last longer - very happy with feeling on her lips and with product – will continue to use product and would highly recommend it to her friends.

Africa Black Soap and Eczema Cream:

 

I have an 18 month old daughter, Morgan, who was born with eczema.  She has had heavy blotches and discoloration on skin since birth.  Before I discovered the Monarch Care Eczema Care Emollient and African Black soap, I had tried all creams out there for infants and adults and nothing worked.  That was before we started using the Monarch products about 2 weeks ago.

 

Morgan had been scratching her arms and legs (sometimes until they bled) since as a baby.  Morgan of course could not understand the bad effect that it was having on her skin to continually scratch.  Now she barely scratches at all and seems so much happier.  You cannot even see it any more.  Take a look at the pictures, which really tell the story.

 

Some of the products – “over the counter” recommended by her pediatrician actually made the irritation seem to look and feel worse.  As her mom, it hurt me to see her suffering like that.  Now I am so happy that my baby’s personality has even changed for the better. She seems so much more content now that she is not constantly itching. 

 

I can’t tell you what it felt like to see her skin intact for the first time in 18 months.  It feels so good not to have to worry about my baby in that way any more!  I tell everyone I know about Lin Lutes and Monarch Care and we are very grateful for her helpfulness and for the products she has developed.

Lip Balm:

 

My entire family uses chapped lip remedies.  My husband works outside a lot delivering petroleum – the other day her husband was going crazy looking for a Chapstick – so I  gave him Lin’s lip balm.  He started using it and has not stopped.  He really likes the fact that there is no fruity taste and that it’s not greasy.  I also gave the lip balm away to friends as Christmas presents and they all love it and they are looking forward to getting more.

My son is 14 – he used the lip balm and really likes it for same reason as dad…….. I put it on a couple times throughout the day –in the morning before applying lipstick.  I put it on again after lunch and then once more after dinner.  I do not feel any need to use in between that because the moisture really lasts.

I have used a lot of  Monarch Care products and really enjoyed all of them.  I am 7 months pregnant   Mommy to be  in  Rosemary and Peppermint scented is so refreshing.  I love that the peppermint wakes me up in the a.m.  My skin is now so moisturized.  My belly does not itch any more and I have no stretch marks.

 

Before I started using the Mommy-to-be emollient, I tried some other mommy to be cream and stretch mark creams.  They would soak in disappear.  I felt like I did not get any real benefit from them.  I stopped using them.  Then I also tried regular cocoa butter.  Nothing worked like the Monarch products.  I love the Mommy-to-be cream!

 

I also use African Black soap 1-2 days a week when I shower as I have developed some dry spots on my scalp, leg sand back.  I use as a shampoo one day a week.  I also use it on my body.  Immediately after  I started using it I saw a difference.  I know it was the soap.   Before that I tried various  moisturizing body washes.  Tried all kinds of  different things and none of them made a difference.  Right I started using the African Black Soap… after just a few times the dry patches disappeared. 

 

I love the Monarch Care shower gel.  I use it every time I shower.  It believe it helps keep the moisture in that I am getting from the other products.  It does not dry my skin out.  I love the smell. Lin puts different essential oils in them.  I love the clean scent of everything.  They are not “perfumy.”  Lin custom scented my products for me.  I love the rosemary and peppermint the best. 

 

I have also used up the Extra Dry Emollient on my legs and arms.  They keep those areas moist especially now that it is winter time.

Lip Balm

 

I use Monarch Care lip balm.  I have always used chapped lip products as I am a farmer and raise cattle.  I am outside in the elements all the time.  Now I use the Monarch Care lip balm and notice quite a difference between that and the other products.  I have used it for the past few weeks.  I do not have to put it on as often, maybe once or twice a day as opposed to the other products which were 5-6 times a day.  I am very happy with the lip balm.

I was diagnosed a few years ago with hypothyroid condition.  As a result I have been on medication (Synthroid) for several years.  Despite the medication, my skin, especially my feet and heels were extremely dry and cracked.  The heels were so bad that when I walked on my carpeting the dead skin would pull at the fibers in the carpet.

 

My feet never felt comfortable.  They would burn and were painful.   I started using Thyroid Care emollient in late November.  Within a short time there was a noticeable improvement. 

 

I have continued to use it – even though I do not always remember to do it twice a day.  My feet are now as smooth as when I was a young girl.  You can see the difference in the before and after pictures I have included here.

 

I also used the emollient on my legs which were very dry and flaky.  The skin looked like an alligator!  If I rubbed my skin it was like I had dandruff.  I also developed some strange kind of bumps on my upper thighs that I never had before.  Sometimes the bumps would get red and itch.   Within a couple of weeks of using the Thyroid Care emollient, the bumps completely disappeared.  I do not know what they were and none of my doctors ever told me… other than it was probably some type of dermatitis.  I guess I thought it was part of the normal aging process of the skin and I would have to adjust.  The doctor gave me a steroid cream to use but I never tried it, as I do not like the idea.  I prefer to use natural remedies whenever possible.  I am certain that the natural carrier oils and butters in the Thyroid Care took those bumps away – along with the dryness and flaking!

 

I can’t wait to return for a follow up visit to my dermatologist and do a “show and tell.”    Thanks Lin for giving me back the skin of my “former self.”  It has made me feel like my legs are young looking once again.  I want to wear shorts instead of covering them up.
